Team Captains Meet and Start Times
The team captains meeting will be online again this year. The link will be sent out to the team captains this weekend. The meeting must be completed before you pick up your team package on September 6th (Whitehorse) and September 8th (Skagway). If your team captain is away please ask them to delegate this task to another team member.

The team start times are now on your team profile on the registration site. They can also be found on on these spreadsheets along with your estimated finish time.
NOTE: All race times are shown in Yukon Time
Making Changes To Your Team
You can make changes to your team on the registration site until midnight on September 4th. If you need any help contact me at klondikeroadrelay@sportyukon.com
Between September 5th and race day you will have to contact Sport Yukon. There will be a $10 change fee. The fee can be paid on our website here.
Team Bib Pick Up
Team packages and bibs are picked up by the team captains.

Whitehorse on September 6th between 11am and 6pm at Sport Yukon, 4061 4th Ave.

Skagway on September 8th between 3:30pm and 8pm at the AB Hall, 245 Broadway.
Party at the Start
Join us and the Mayors of Skagway and Whitehorse for a celebration at the start line. There will be music, Timbits and doughnut holes and fun for all.
Final Reminder to Complete the Prescreening Form
You need to complete the prescreening form for the border crossing if
-
you are a leg 3 runner
-
you are a leg 4 runner who is going to the start of the race in Skagway so will have to cross into Canada during the race.
-
you are a participant, support crew or volunteer who is going back into the US between 11pm and 7am on the night of the race
You do NOT have to complete the prescreening for if
-
You are running or walking any leg other than 3 or 4
-
You are not crossing the border in either direction during the race
