When can I register my team for the current years race?
The Online Registration to the current year race for teams is open from May to the end of August. First you need to sign up your Team for the site. It is all year opened function, where the teams can sign up and get their team ID number for life.

Can I register my team in person, without using online registration?
No, all registration has to be done online. If you need help registering you can come into the Sport Yukon building and someone will be able to assist you with the online registration.

When is the registration fee due?
When you register, it is better to pay sooner so you can get the Early Bird discount. You can also pay later by logging in to the site with your team name and password.
How can I pay?
You can pay online using your credit card (Visa, MasterCard), or you can pay in person at the Sport Yukon Building with Cash, Cheque, Money Order, Visa or MasterCard.

If you do not have access to the online payment option; please print the PDF Registration form after the registration process and mail with payment to:

How will I be sure, my online payment was accepted?
You will receive a Purchase Receipt with your amount paid. Once your team has paid, you will have access to your teams' Race Plan.
Are there any penalties to the teams who do not pay in time?
Yes. Until we have received the payment, you cannot access or use your teams' Race Plan.
What happens if I pay the registration fee and then the team decides not to participate?
There will be a charge. Please contact Sport Yukon for further details.
I paid for extra t-shirts and tickets, when do I get them?
Your team will receive all tickets and t-shirts that have been paid for at the captain's meeting.
I think my team is registered more then once, what should I do?
You can decide what to do, use the old one or ask us to fix it. See detailed information here.
What does ULTRA category mean?
It is a special category for only one racer who decides to run or walk leg 7 thru 10 himself or herself.
What does YOUTH category mean?
The youth category has been developed to attract younger runners (18 years or younger) to the race by setting up shorter legs or waypoints between Carcross and Whitehorse. The exact distances are yet to be determined, however we are looking at approximately 10km splits which would see the category including 8 runners in 8 legs (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b, 10a, 10b).
What is Racer (Participant) Registration?
It is all year opened function, where the racers can sign up and get their racer ID number for life. In this case the racers enough to gave this racer id to the captain, who can easily register them to the Race Plan. Because we need a lot of details of all the participants (date of birth, citizenship, etc), you can save time for your captain to collect them from everybody separately. You can log in here.
I think my racer name is registered to the database more then once, what should I do?
You can decide what to do. Use the old one or ask us to get it fixed. See detailed information here.
Can I modify my team's Race Plans after the registration is closed?
Yes, you will be able to modify your Race Plan in email by contacting Sport Yukon, however a fee will be charged you need to pay at the captain's meeting.
One of my racers would like to run in more than one leg, is that possible?
Yes, the racer can easily do that, you just have to insert the racer's ID into the Race Plan for the legs they choose to run.
If the captain looks up my name in the Race Plan can She/He see my confidential information?
No, if your confidential details were already in the system they will see "On File" text instead of seeing the true details. If there is no information on the system yet then the captain can (and must) fill it out with the correct details or with the Racer Log in function the racer can do it confidentially at any time.
Why do we need to provide our citizenship?
It is needed for custom reasons.
Why do we need to send back the Waivers?
For insurance purposes, if we do not receive this form, you will not be allowed to race.
Can I print out my participant Waivers?
Yes, you can print them out from here.
Can I print out my Race Plan?
Yes, you can do it by logging to the system as a team and you will find your Race Plan in the "Printable forms" page. However after the registration closed you cannot print out your Race Plan anymore.
Can the captain of the team be a person who is not participating in the Race?
Yes.

What are the captain's responsibilities?

When will we know our bib number and Start Times?
The captain will get it in an email as soon as we assigned it. Also you can check it online here.
Can we check team results online on the Race Day?
Yes, you can check it here here, from the morning of the second day on.
When will we get our final results?
2-3 weeks after the race the certificates will be mailed out to your team captain.
If we lose our reports or certificates, can we get another one?
You can print out your team certificates and reports at any time here.
Where can I find missing team pictures?
A digital photo (or link) will be sent to all team captains 2 - 3 weeks after the race. Also you can print them out at any time from here. Also there is a page where you can find your team's and others pictures from the past.
